To craft the Nemesis Exotic Sniper Rifle, you’ll first need to obtain four parts and the weapon’s respected blueprint. Before we go into how to get the Nemesis Exotic Sniper Rifle we must first go over a pre-requisite. You’ll need to be at the top end of World Tier 4 to start unlocking parts for the Exotic weapon. This is so you’ll have access to the Black Tusk Stronghold Tidal Basin.

Finding and compiling all the parts to the Black Tusk marksman rifle can be one hell of a grind, but would you expect anything less? The Nemesis packs a punch and possesses remarkably cool talents, most notably the ability to track targets. Let’s take a quick look at this deadly sniper rifle’s talents.

The Division 2 Guides

Nemesis Exotic Sniper Rifle Talents

  • Counter-Sniper: Shots fired deal 0-100% weapon damage based on how long the trigger is held before releasing. The time to reach max weapon damage is reduced whenever a shot does not kill an enemy it hits.
  • Nemesis: Aiming at an enemy marks them as your nemesis for 15 seconds, letting you see them through walls. Your shots gain +5% damage to your nemesis for each second they are marked, to a max of 50%
  • Preparation: While holstered, gain +25% headshot damage when scoped with your current weapon.

Extremely potent stuff indeed, not to mention the raw damage output this insane Exotic sniper rifle can dish out.

How to get the Nemesis Exotic Sniper Rifle – Division 2 Nemesis components

The first thing you’ll need to undertake is fully complete the Tidal Basin Stronghold mission at least once. This should progress you to World Tier 5, now, progress through some Invader missions until you’ve completed the Capitol Building Stronghold mission. This will allow you to go back to Tidal Basin and redo the mission.

Run through the Tidal Basin Stronghold mission again on any difficulty although normal is recommended for speed. Play until you get the Acquire the Antiviral objective. You should encounter a building to the right of a gate that has a large satellite dish on top. Enter the building and up the stairs, you’ll find the Black Tusk Keycard on one of the bunk beds.

Continue through the mission until you reach the part where you need to board the hovercraft. When the game proposes you to navigate right, you will instead hug the wall to the left until you come across a door with a keypad. Inside the room open the weapons crate and you will find the Adrestia SR1 Sniper Rifle. Note this is not the weapon we are after. You will need to dismantle the Adrestia if obtaining the Nemesis weapon remains your primary goal. Dismantling the weapon will grant you The Tally Marksman rifle scope.

They hid the last part for the blueprint behind a timegate a long ass time ago. You can’t *just toggle* on invaded anymore.
