Earn Bonus Sinnoh Stones During Pokemon Go February Community Day

Using a Sinnoh Stone to evolve Piloswine into Mamoswine will make the Pokémon learn the exclusive Ancient Power move, but it is only available during the event

Pokémon Go February Community Days will start at the beginning of this weekend where the player can earn bonus Sinnoh Stones. As much as 10 Sinnoh Stones. In addition, evolving Piloswine will allow Mamoswine to learn the Rock-type move Ancient Power.

How to Earn Bonus Sinnoh Stones

The rare Sinnoh Stones are essential to evolving Sinnoh region Pokémon. Just like Piloswine, a Sinnoh Stone must be used to evolve Piloswine into Mamoswine. However, these stones are hard to come by.

You will need a few of these rare stones if you would like to evolve all Pokémon that require Sinnoh Stones to evolve.

This months Community Event will reward players Sinnoh Stones for completing tasks, getting your hands on Sinnoh Stones a little easier.

You must challenge Team Leaders to battle and if you are successful the Team Leaders will offer a Sinnoh Stone as a reward. Up to five Sinnoh Stones can be earned from Team Leaders.

A further five Sinnoh Stones can be earned by competing in Trainer Battles in the same way with Trainer Battles. Earning Sinnoh Stones for a victory.

Remember you can only earn bonus Sinnoh Stones during February Community Day which has a 3-hour window.

February Community Day in Pokemon Go

The event will take place on 16th February 2019 between 10:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. (GMT + 0) for Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and India. Americas and Greenland are scheduled for 16th February 2019, from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. PST (GMT −8) and Asia-Pacific are on 16th February 2019 from 12:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. JST (GMT +9).

February Community Day featured Pokémon is Swinub, the Ground and Ice-type Pokemon. Swinub evolves into Piloswine and then into Mamoswine, but a Sinnoh Stone is required during the evolution process between Pilowine and Mamoswine.

This is the perfect opportunity to get your hands on the rare stones and have your Mamoswine learn the Rock-type Ancient Power. Furthermore, you can collect yourself a Shiny Swinub!
