Mortal Kombat 11 Characters
In the game reveal video, we get a glimpse at the new character selection screen. Counting the Number of squares, we can assume that Mortal Kombat 11 will feature 25 playable characters.
Geras is Mortal Kombat 11 latest character who can bend space and time, who was revealed at the 14th-minute mark in the video shown above. He is Kronika right-hand man, doing all of Kronikas bidding. Korinka herself will be the big female villain in Mortal Kombat story, but it is still unknown if she will be available as a playable character.
Other confirmed characters are Baraka who was introduced Mortal Kombat 2, along with the well-known original characters that include Sonya Blade, Scorpion, Sub-Zero and Raiden.
Shao Khan is set to be included as a DLC a pre-order bonus character.
A new Fatal Blow feature has been added and replaced the X-ray moves. When a player is under 30% health they can use their characters Fatal Blow moves. Once it has been triggered, it will execute a powerful combo almost like a mini-version of Fatalities. Adding more layers of gruesomeness and an upgrade version of the X-ray special move.
The meter used for the x-ray, enhanced attacks and combo-moves-breaker has been changed, you will now see a horizontal and vertical meter. The horizontal meter indicates your offence moves reserves and the vertical keeps track of your defence reserves. This is to allow your character to perform a more powerful version of your moves.
