Fortnite Season 6 start date official.

Taking to Twitter to share the news with their 5.7 million followers, Epic Games have announced that season 6 will officially kick off on September 27th.

Kevin the mysterious cube has fans keen to see what’s next and when! Dominating the spotlight towards the end of season 5 the cube fell to a stop once it rolled into loot lake. With the cube no longer moving fans have been excitedly waiting to see what it’ll do next.

Fortnite season 5 will end Monday the 24th which prompted many to believe season 6 would start the very next day as Tuesdays are Epic Games traditional patch day. However, with the official season 6 start date landing on Thursday that may mean… You’ve guessed it – Challenge day! Season 6 may arrive with a list of new challenges from the start.
