Even though all the pets in Adopt Me in Roblox are utterly amazing, Neon pets, in particular, stand out from the crowd. Neon pets aren’t easy to get; they need a great deal of playtime depending on rarity. Combine several of your pets to create an amazing new variation for you to cherish and show off to all your friends.
How to make a neon pet
To get neon pets, you’ll initially have to obtain four of the same pet type that are all full-grown. The four pets would need to be leveled from Newborn to Full Grown age, ensuring that several tasks would have to be done to help them mature. Pets that are not Neon will have the following ages that you’ll need to go through from youngest to oldest.
- Pre Teen
- Post Teen
- Full Grown
After you’ve got four full-grown pets of the same type eager to go, then you’re free to build a shiny neon pet for yourself! There is one element that you should be mindful of before choosing whether to continue with the process or not. You’re going to lose all four pets if you want to turn them into a neon pet. Essentially you will be merging together your four pets and making a new shiny one.
When you’ve chosen to undergo the process, you’ll want to head out to the Adoption Island. If you’ve come from the neighborhood, you’ll see a bridge directly in front of you. Run over the bridge about halfway and then jump into the water, take a look under the bridge and you’ll notice a doorway.
Go through the door, and you enter into a beautiful dim lit cave that you can transform your pets into a neon pet! Once in Nixie’s cave, you’ll notice four multicolored circles surrounding a large white circle. Take out one of your fully grown pets and place it on one of the colored circles. Replicate this for the other three circles until all four locations are taken up.
The moment you place the fourth pet down, they’ll will be combined into a single neon pet spawned in the center of the large white circle. Your new pet will be a reborn, equivalent to a newborn, so there’s more you can do with your new neon pet! Here’s a complete list of Adopt Me Pets that you can make into a neon.
How to make a Mega Neon Pet
In an update added in April 2020 Mega Neon Pets were released. The method of transforming is quite similar to a regular neon pet. You need four completely grown neon pets and merge them in the cave to produce a mega neon pet! Once again there are five stages you’ll need to level your pets through before they are ready to be made Mega neon.
- Reborn (Newborn)
- Twinkle (Junior)
- Sparkle (Pre Teen)
- Flare (Teen)
- Sunshine (Post Teen)
- Luminous (Full Grown)
Level all four neon pets up the same way as before, by completing various tasks. Once all pets are Luminous, you can head to the sneakily mysterious cave once more. Placing all four pets on the multicolored circles will then transform your pets into a mega neon pet! Mega neon pets are currently the highest form you can reach for your pet, glowing in various colors in a cycle.
