The undead revenant, armed with her iconic Bo staff, Jade confirmed as one of Mortal Kombat 11 Characters when the game officially launches
On Valentine’s Day. NetherRealm Studios has revealed Jade as their latest character in the upcoming Mortal Kombat 11 game. Announcing the newest addition on their social media with an official reveal trailer for the undead Revenant. We catch a glimpse of Jade new look, skills and style, displaying the brutality she deals with her iconic Bo staff!
MK 11 Jade
The character debuted in 1993’s Mortal Kombat II as a secret hidden character before becoming a playable character from the start in Ultimate Mortal Kombat 3. Wearing the color Jade, the character was a reused model of Kitana and Mileena.

The early versions of the Mortal Kombat games saw NetherRealm reuse their character models. However, characters using the same model were given different colored clothing to differentiate between them. The original Mortal Kombat game saw Scorpion and Sub Zero looking identical with Sub-zero sporting a blue outfit and Scorpion with a yellow outfit.
Mortal Kombat II saw several more character sharing the same model such as Scorpion and Sub-zero and the newly introduce Reptile but Reptile donned the green outfit to distinguish him. Further additional characters, Mileena and Kitana used the same female character model that was separated by the color of their outfits. Unlocking Jade, you will notice she looked exactly like Mileena and Kitana but instead she was wearing jade green.

Latest versions of Mortal Kombat game see each character becoming their own unique fighter. Carrying different styles, from the way they walk, fight and their overall persona.
Mortal Kombat 11 has continued to give Jade her own style. Jade enjoys more interaction with her Bo staff, the characters’ preferred weapon of choice, for Fatal Blows, Fatalities and skill set all seen from the reveal footage.

Mortal Kombat 11 Beta start date of the upcoming sequel of the gruesome fighting game is on 28th March 2019. It will be officially released on 23rd April and will be available on PC, Switch, PS4 and Xbox One.
Pre-Ordering the Game will unlock Shao Kahn as a playable character as a free DLC bonus.
