Sony is offering WWE 2K20 PS4 refunds in view of several issues that have arisen with the game since its release.

As noted in our previous article, this year’s version of the WWE 2K franchise seems to have some serious issues, most clearly evident by horrific graphical glitches. The issues have become so bad that people have been sending 2K help tickets at a rate that seems to have exacerbated the company.

“We’re receiving more tickets than normal,” read the tweet from @2KSupport. “Rest assured: We’re doing everything we can to get to your case. Thanks for your patience!”

Some, though, seem to have stopped filing a service request and headed directly for a refund from Sony — and Sony is granting them one. Many arguments can be suggested as to why Sony has agreed to the processing of WWE 2K20 PS4 refunds, however, the key contributor is likely related to how widespread the issues are. Many fail complications have appeared on social media only adding more fuel to the fire.

Tweets with the #FixWWE2K20 hit the social media platform sharing the consistent disgruntled tone:

“How do I get a refund for #WWE2K20?”
“Game has been out a week still with bugs and missing features, and you say 2 weeks until a fix. I want my money back. #FixWWE2K20 #refund”

“Sorry but you shouldn’t be promoting this game in it’s current state, It’s broken and near enough unplayable. #WWE2K20 #FixWWE2K20”
