Like clockworks, Riot Games have dropped another Teamfight Tactics patch to the PBE that will ultimately change the meta once more. Patch notes are subject to change before Riot release TFT 9.19, while some experimental features may get delayed until a later time. However, the patch notes below will provide valuable insight into what you can expect so that you can enter the new patch adequately prepared.

Teamfight Tactics 9.19 is shaping up to be one of the largest yet, in a previous article, we sufficiently covered the latest champion to arrive in Teamfight Tactics in addition to one new item – the Sparring Gloves. Creating eight new item combinations, the meta as we know it will undoubtedly receive a shakeup.

Ninja Noble

Ninja Changes

• AP & AD bonus increased: 70 → 80

Noble Changes

• Health restore increased from 25 to 30

TFT Origin/Classes Nerfs

Dragon Ranger Shapeshifter

Dragon Changes

• Bonus Magic Resistance: 83% → 75%

Ranger Changes

(2) Ranger
• Change to increase attack speed lowered from 30% to 25%

Shapeshifter Changes

• Max health lowered from 120% to 100%

Glacial Void Yordle

Glacial Changes

• Stun lowered from 2s to 1.5s

• Stun chance increased from 30% to 33%

• Stun chance increased from 45% to 50%

Void Changes

 [NEW] Breaking point reworked to fit the addition of Kai’Sa
(2) → One of your Void units does true damage
(4) → All of your Void units do true damage

Yordle Changes

• [NEW] Nine Pieces Bonus
(9) → Yordles have an 85% chance to dodge incoming attacks
• Values changed
(3) Yordle → 30% Dodge
(6) Yordle → 60% Dodge

  • Base AD reduced: 50 → 40
  • Ability mana reduction increased from 20/40/60 to 25/50/75

Mordekaiser Changes

  • Ability damage lowered from 250/550/850 to 250/500/750
    Vs Live: from 200/325/450 to 250/500/750

Tristana Changes

  • Ability detonate damage increased from 60/90/120 to 70/110/150
  • Ability damage per basic attack increased from 150/225/300 to 175/275/375

Braum Changes

  • Mana Pool increased: 0/50 → 0/75

RekSai Changes

  • Base AS reduced: 0.65 → 0.6

Katarina Changes

  • Ability damage increased from 40/60/80 to 50/75/100

Shyvana Changes

  • Ability burn damage lowered from 250/375/500 to 200/300/400

Veigar Changes

  • Ability damage increased from 300/550/800 to 350/650/950

Vi Changes

  • Ability damage increased from 250/450/650 to 300/500/700

Volibear Changes

  • Base AD reduced: 75 → 70
  • Base AS increased: 0.55 → 0.6

Akali Changes

  • Attack Speed increased from 0.7 to 0.85

Gnar Changes

  • Base HP reduced: 750 → 700
  • Health gain reduced: 300/600/900 → 250/450/650

Jinx Changes

  • Attack Speed increased: 0.65 → 0.7

Kindred Changes

  • Ability duration lowered from 4/5/6 to 3/4/5

Sejuani Changes

  • Base HP reduced: 850 → 800
  • Ability stun duration reduced: 2/4/6 → 2.5/3.5/4.5

Anivia Changes

  • Mana Pool changed: 0/100 → 50/12
  • Attack Speed increased: 0.6 → 0.8
  • Ability total damage lowered from 800/1100/1400 to 600/900/1200
  • Ability slow increased from 50/70/90 to 60/75/90

MissFortune Changes

  • Mana Pool increased: 0/75 → 0/175
  • Base AS increased: 0.85 → 0.95
  • Ability damage increased from 900/1300/1700 to 1400/2100/2800

Swain Changes

  • Ability damage per tick: 50/100/150 → 40/80/120
  • Ability healing per tick: 40/70/100 → 30/60/90

In summary of PBE TFT Patch 9.19, Shapeshifters have been hit with a significant nerf hammer, with both the class and individual champions receiving lowered tweaks. Whether these changes make it to live or if some of the values undergo more tweaks remains to be seen. As always, we’ll keep you updated once Patch 9.19 is live.
